I'm a journalist with experience in reporting, editing, photography and video and audio production. As The Spokesman-Review's D.C. correspondent, I've covered the nation's capital and the federal government's impact on the Inland Northwest since 2020. My work has been recognized with awards from the National Press Foundation, the Northwest chapter of the Society of Professional Journalists and the National Press Club.

Investigative Reporting Workshop fellow, Frontline on PBS
Washington, D.C., September 2019 – March 2020

Contributed reporting, editing and production assistance to Plastic Wars, a Frontline documentary in collaboration with NPR.
Reported with the aid of government records, international shipping data and archival footage to show how the plastics industry used recycling to sell more plastic.
Assisted with shooting interviews and editing footage in Avid Media Composer.
